The Care Policy Scorecard for Wales
The Care Policy Scorecard is an innovative tool developed by Oxfam to assess how effectively care policies are being developed and delivered.
It offers a practical framework to track whether government policies on care — including both paid and unpaid care — are not just being designed, but are properly funded, implemented, and ultimately transformative in their impact.
Oxfam Cymru have partnered with Carers Wales and Bevan Foundation to create the first Care Policy Scorecard for Wales.
